This beautiful apartment is within a closed Condominium located in the picturesque village of Olhos D' Agua.
Just around the corner you will find a selection of great restaurants , bars, supermarket, chemist a bank plus a taxi rank and bus stop if you want to venture further afield.
There is a large adults swimming pool and separate childrens pool and if you want to keep fit a tennis court within the complex.
The beach in Olhos de Agua is approx a 8-10 min walk and is great for the kids as at low tide there is fun to be had in the rock pools.

Tourist Tax: Please note that Olhão became part of the group of municipalities in the Algarve that receive an amount for overnight stays by tourists in the municipality, together with Portimão, Lagoa, Vila Real de Santo António, Faro and Albufeira. According to the regulation, the tax has a value of 1 euro, between the 1st of November and the 31st of March and 2 euros from 1st of April and the 31st of october and will be charged up to a maximum of 5 consecutive nights to all guests aged 16 or over.
